A compacted gravel base helps with drainage and keeps the floor off wet ground.
Delivery access
Prebuilt sheds need a clear path: gate width, overhead lines, trees, slopes, and soft ground all matter. If access is tight, a custom build on site may be the better fit.

What about my HOA?
Many HOAs have rules on shed size, height, placement, and color. Check with your HOA and get any needed approval before you order.
Custom or prebuilt: which should I pick?
Prebuilt is usually quicker if a delivery truck can reach your spot. Custom on-site builds work for any size and for yards with tight or no delivery access.
Can you deliver to my backyard?
We'll need a clear path wide enough for the shed, with no low wires or branches and firm ground. Tell us about your access in the quote form and we'll let you know.
